Kim has extensive experience as a commercial leader in multinational companies within electronics, foodtech, biotech, medtech and pharma industries.

The experience is based upon more than 20 years of international B2B sales with leadership positions since 2000.

While being exceptionally skilled in strategic sales, key account management and coaching, Kim’s knowledge extends to product launches, go to market strategies, planning and leadership.

Prior to founding ABC, Kim has covered a series of leadership positions in multinational companies such as FOSS, GN Otometrics, Novozymes, Widex and Alcon (Novartis).

Kim is examiner appointed at the Danish Candidate and Master level educations within economics.

 

Kim supports the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Vitus Council.

Coaching certification and accreditation is acquired at INSEAD and Performance Consultants International (ICF/ACC).

Languages spoken fluently are Danish, Swedish and English.
